At Life Church Queen Creek, our faith is centered on Jesus Christ and rooted in the truth of Scripture. We believe every person matters deeply to God, and every person deserves to be seen, valued, and welcomed into His family. Our beliefs shape how we live, how we love, and how we serve our community with purpose and compassion.
We believe the Bible is the inspired and infallible Word of God. It reveals who God is, who we are, and how we are called to live. Scripture is our final authority for faith, identity, and daily life.
2 Timothy 3:16–17; Psalm 119:105
We believe there is one God. He has revealed Himself as Father, in the Son Jesus Christ, and through the Holy Spirit. Jesus is the visible image of the invisible God, fully God and fully man.
Deuteronomy 6:4; Colossians 2:9; John 14:9
We believe Jesus Christ is our Savior, Redeemer, and soon coming King. He lived a sinless life, died for our sins, rose again, and now reigns with all authority. Jesus is the head of the Church, and we follow His leading in everything we do.
John 1:14; 1 Corinthians 15:3–4; Ephesians 1:22
We believe all people are created in the image of God and deeply loved by Him. We also believe all people have sinned and need God’s grace. Through Jesus Christ, every person can be forgiven, restored, and made new.
Genesis 1:27; Romans 3:23; 2 Corinthians 5:17
We believe salvation is a gift of God’s grace, received through faith in Jesus Christ. Faith is more than belief; it is trust, surrender, and obedience to God’s Word. Following the pattern of the early church, we believe the new birth includes repentance, which is turning from sin and turning toward God; water baptism in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and the infilling of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues. This is the life changing experience Jesus described as being born of water and Spirit.
Acts 2:38; John 3:5; Titus 3:5–6
We believe the Church is the body of Christ, a family where people grow at their own pace, discover purpose, and live out their faith in community. We gather to worship, learn, serve, and encourage one another. We believe every believer is gifted and empowered by the Holy Spirit to make a difference.
Acts 2:42–47; 1 Corinthians 12:12–27; Ephesians 4:15–16
We believe the Holy Spirit is active in the world today, guiding, empowering, comforting, and transforming believers. The Spirit equips us to live Christ centered lives and to serve others with love and boldness.
Acts 1:8; Romans 8:9–11; Galatians 5:22–25
We believe Jesus will return for His church. We believe in the resurrection, eternal life with Christ, and the hope of a restored creation. We also believe God desires that none should perish, but that all would come to repentance.
John 14:2–3; 1 Thessalonians 4:16–17; 2 Peter 3:9
